Where to Stay in New Castle

By now, you're 40 miles into the Empire State Trail and might be looking for an easy place to stay. Unfortunately, there are slim pickings in this stretch of the trail.

The only option, Crabtree's Kittle House Restaurant and Inn, is almost 4 miles off the trail from Millwood.

The Kittle House is a unique inn in Chappaqua owned by the Crabtree family. They pride themselves in serving farm to table with locally sourced food from small farms in the area. Perhaps most impressive is the wine collection, which contains over 60,000 bottles of wine!
